Globe will run in this year’s Cox Plate after connections parted with $200,000 for the race’s late-entry fee on Wednesday.
The talented galloper rocketed into Cox Plate contention following his upset win in last Saturday’s Group 1 Might And Power Stakes at Caulfield.
And after spending a couple of days mulling whether to head to the race or not, Racing Victoria confirmed on Wednesday that the fee had been paid.
