The Eiga Oshiri Tantei Saraba Itoshiki Aibō (Oshiri) yo anime film aired on NHK-E on Sunday, August 31 at 3:45 p.m. and it earned a 0.3% rating.

The Sing a Bit of Harmony anime film aired on NHK-E on Saturday, August 30 at 8:45 p.m. and it earned a 0.5% rating.

The live-action film adaptation of Katsutoshi Murase and Welzard‘s Karada Sagashi (Body Search) horror manga aired on TV Tokyo on Saturday, August 30 at 2:45 a.m. and it earned a 0.3% rating.

An episode of Anpan, the newest entry in NHK‘s six-decade-long Renzoku Terebi Shōsetsu (Serialized TV Novel, also known as “Asadora” or Morning Drama) franchise, aired on Wednesday, August 27 at 8:00 a.m. and earned a 17.1% rating. Another showing on Friday, August 29 at 8:00 a.m. earned a 17.2% rating. A seperate episode on Saturday, August 30 at 12:45 p.m. earned a 9.9% rating.

The new live-action weekday morning series is inspired by the life story of Anpanman manga creator Takashi Yanase and his wife Nobuo Komatsu.
