In a candid conversation in the Bigg Boss 19 house with Mridul Tiwari, Gaurav Khanna opened up about his life philosophy, personal struggles, and the patience that has shaped his journey. He shared, “My motto in life is that someone should tell my parents or my partner that I’m doing a good job. Because if someone tells them I’m doing bad work — even if I’m earning money — what’s the point?”
Reflecting on his experiences in Mumbai, Gaurav said, “I built everything here from scratch. I’ve been a victim of a lot of fraud and cheating with money, but I stood my ground and made a life here. It’s an expensive city, but it teaches you resilience.” He added that the chaos inside the house reminds him of the larger struggle everyone faces in life — “Ladai-jhagda, neecha dikhana, cheekhna-chillana — yeh sab kya hai? We’re all strugglers. Whether someone is new, has done some work, or has done a lot — everyone is fighting their own battles.”
The actor concluded by recalling how people from his previous show often told him he had immense patience. “I always said that you just wait for the right moment — that’s what patience truly means,” Gaurav said, highlighting his belief in perseverance and timing.
Gaurav Khanna’s Journey In Bigg Boss 19
Ever since his entry in the Bigg Boss 19 house, Gaurav Khanna has been making headlines for several reasons. For the first few weeks, the former Anupamaa actor was accused of not playing on the front foot. In one of the recent Weekend Ka Vaar episodes, Salman Khan had also schooled Gaurav saying, “Gaurav, aap front foot par khelne se ghabra rahe hain. Pure hafte kariban 20 minute nazar aaye hain aap, palak jhapke aur aap chale gaye. (Gaurav, you seem nervous playing on the front foot. In the whole week, you were visible for barely 20 minutes, blink, and you’re gone.)”
Lately, we have seen Gaurav getting into minor arguments with several contestants, including Neelam Giri and Amaal Mallik.
