The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show marked Bella Hadid’s first return to the runway since her sudden Lyme disease hospitalization in September, and to no one’s surprise, she nailed it.
In case you missed the famous fashion show on October 15, Bella strutted down the catwalk in two stunning looks. She first donned an all-red ensemble that seemed like a continuation of her show-stopping outfit from last year’s VSFS. Toward the end of the show, she wore a stunning silver fringe look with massive, floral angel wings.

Following the show, however, some fans expressed concern for the Orebella founder’s health on social media. One person even posted an entire video on TikTok, saying, “Bella Hadid, what the fuck [is] wrong with you? What we gotta do?” In her caption, she also shared that it looked like Bella was going to “cry the whole show.”
Amid the flood of supportive comments, the model reassured the original poster and other fans that she was okay, and she even shared how she really felt during her first modeling gig since her hospitalization.

“Girl I got my period that morning and my stamina is not up yet after the whole hospital sitch but I tried my best and I LOVEEEE you for this,” she wrote, in part.
She continued, “I’m ok I swear 😭😭😭😭 I’m sorry if I let u down😭😭 Love you I mean it 🥹💕‼️‼️‼”
For what it’s worth, the model seemed to be in good spirits during the 2025 show as she joined a lineup of VS Angels, including her sister Gigi Hadid, Quen Blackwell, Jasmine Tookes, Paloma Elsesser, and Alex Consani. Bella also showed off her second look for fans with a TikTok video of her own.
