The Public Service Commission has written to the Employment Relations Authority to request facilitated bargaining with the secondary teachers’ union.
And Health NZ is asking the authority to rule that senior doctors have been bargaining in bad faith – a rare move that, if successful, would see a binding deal forced on doctors.
