While attending the Road to the Golden Globes Party on Saturday night, the Euphoria actress gave a sculptural LBD a divisive update.
Posing on the red carpet, Sweeney—who is promoting her upcoming Christy Martin biopic Christy—emphasized her curves with a bodycon black knee-length dress that was anything but boring. The sleeveless dress had a structural bodice with an unusual rounded neckline and a V-shaped detail at her waist, giving the LBD a flared peplum silhouette.

Sweeney paired the nostalgic, Millennial-loved trend with black leather pointy-toed stilettos and major bombshell beauty. Several diamond cocktail rings added subtle sparkle to her otherwise understated look.

Sweeney has been on a bit of a lingerie-inspired style run, stepping out just hours earlier at a Variety Studio event wearing a NSFW gray tweed suit that took the office siren aesthetic to the next level. The Anyone But You actress showed off her jacket’s ultra-plunging neckline and completely sheer midsection, which got the boudoir treatment thanks to visible boning and sheer mesh material. Meanwhile, at Friday’s Christy premiere, Sweeney wowed in a blush pink corseted silk gown with a plunging sweetheart neckline, a structured bodice with boning running down past her hips, and an asymmetrical layered skirt embellished with a red sash that trailed behind her.
