Local agencies participate in National Drug Take Back Day with safe medication disposal

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. (WSBT) — Local law enforcement and fire departments are participating in National Drug Take Back Day on Saturday.

Community members are encouraged to safely dispose of unwanted or expired prescription medications at any of the following drop-off locations:

St. Joseph County Jail at 401 West Sample StreetClay Fire Station 21 at 18776 Cleveland RoadClay Fire Station 25 at 12481 Anderson RoadMishawaka Fire Department at 3000 Harrison Road

The drop-off will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
