People say it takes a village to raise a baby — and Hailey Bieber seems to agree!
On Friday, October 24, the Rhode Beauty founder, 28, appeared on the In Your Dreams with Owen Thiele podcast, and explained that she balances work-life and mom-life with some help.
“I always wanted to be a mom, so I’m super, super hands-on with my son. I do have help,” she admitted. “I have full-time help and I’m super not ashamed to say that, and I would never shy away from talking about that because I wouldn’t be able to have my career and do the things that I do without the help, and I feel really grateful for that.”
Hailey is, of course, a mom to son Jack Blues, 14 months, whom she shares with husband Justin Bieber.

“If he’s not with me, he’s with his dad, he’s always with his family, and he’s always with one of us, or with his godparents,” she further explained.
The model also confessed that having a baby was “a little bit daunting” at first.
“I didn’t know what to expect, but once they’re here, you just figure it out day by day,” she remarked. “And it’s like every single day I’m learning something new about how to be a mom and what’s best for my son and what’s best for me as a mom.”
As for the future, Hailey said she would love to expand her family with the “Baby” singer, 31.
“I know I want more than one, but I’m not in a rush,” she quipped.
