Director Major Ravi, renowned for his military-based films, is set to return with a new project inspired by ‘Operation Sindoor’ and ‘Operation Mahadev.’ Titled ‘Pahalgam’, the film’s pooja ceremony was held at Mookambika Temple. The film is jointly produced by Major Ravi and Anoop Mohan under the banner of Presidential Movies International Private Limited.
The ceremony was graced by several prominent figures from the Malayalam film industry. Astrologer Jithesh Panicker and filmmaker Jayaram Kailas conveyed their best wishes to the director and crew. ‘Pahalgam’ is conceived as a heartfelt tribute to the valour, patriotism, sacrifice, and emotional strength of India’s soldiers. The film is planned as a pan-Indian release and will be dubbed into multiple languages.
Producer Anoop Mohan shared his enthusiasm for the project, saying, “We are truly delighted to embark on this journey with Major Ravi, who has previously helmed patriotic films such as ‘Keerthichakra’. The story of ‘Pahalgam’ is immensely powerful, and we believe it will resonate deeply with audiences across languages.”
