But, amid all the chatter, we need to take a look at the facts here. Firstly, the woman in the photos is actor Rachel Lynn Matthews. Is she dressed as Katy? Yes, it would seem that way. An uncropped version of the original photo of Rachel and Orlando reveals that she posted it with a light-hearted caption, indicating that it was more of an exciting chance encounter between the two than a cute couple’s picture.
