Though fans can’t expect a reboot of the ABC sitcom, the America’s Got Talent judge will always root for her onscreen family.
“Everything we do, we are connected in a gigantic chat with all the kids and all the actors,” she told E! News on Oct. 18 “And we’re always watching each other, supporting each other.”
But that connection doesn’t end with her former castmates, as Sofía also still adores the character she played in the show’s 11 seasons. In fact, she’s already envisioned all the goals Gloria, Ed’s Jay Pritchett and their kids have accomplished since the finale.
“Jay and Gloria would be getting ready for Manny to already have left for college,” Sofía explained. “That would have been, I’m sure, a really, really fun season, to just have now Jay and Gloria together with little Joe.”
