United States: In the Measles outbreak update – Sunday 9 November 2025 States, the CDC reported a total of 1,681 measles cases across 42 U.S. jurisdictions, as of 4 November with 87% of these cases linked to forty-four outbreaks. The majority of cases are among unvaccinated individuals (92%), and 12% of the cases have resulted in hospitalization. There have been three confirmed deaths.
