Four decades after The Golden Girls premiere, 20/20 is peeling back the curtain of the cultural phenomenon and paying tribute to stars Beatrice Arthur, Betty White, Estelle Getty, and Rue McClanahan.
Formally titled, The Golden Girls: 40 Years of Laughter and Friendship – A Special Edition of 20/20, the hour-long episode will feature behind-the-scenes footage from set plus new interviews with series creator Susan Harris, executive producer Tony Thomas, director Terry Hughes, and celebrity fans and former guest stars.
