Cast
The main cast members include Bill Skarsgard, who reprises his role of Pennywise. The series also stars Taylour Paige, Jovan Adepo, Chris Chalk, James Remar, Stephen Rider, Clara Stack, Amanda Christine, and Mikkal Karim-Fidler.
The horror franchise is based on Stephen King’s novel about an ancient evil entity taking the form of a clown in Derry, Maine. The major projects include ‘It’ (2017), its 2019 sequel ‘It Chapter Two’ and now this prequel series of the rest. The story covers how Pennywise emerges again after every 27 years, how the tiny group of “Losers’ Club” formed by some kids of the town counter him and how the town moves out with its horror-filled past.
What to expect from Episode 4?
Episode 3 of IT: Welcome to Derry ended with a creepy twist. The characters found a bunch of old photos in the graveyard some damaged, some strangely well-preserved. These pictures hinted that Pennywise has been in Derry for a very long time and has attacked people again and again. The photos also showed that the town has been hiding or ignoring these terrible events for years, almost as if everyone chose to look the other way while the evil kept growing.
