“I’ve already bought my tickets,” Delta told the crowd.

“The second the Dune team and Dream Home Art Union said I was part of today, I was like ‘oh I’m putting my tickets in, I’m part of this’.

“This is Delta’s dream home.”

Twelve-time ARIA winner Goodrem headlined the unique live event which was hosted by Smooth FM’s Cameron Daddo.

Dream Home Art Union partnered with NOVA Entertainment for the once-only performance, Delta Live at Dune, with listeners across Nova and Smooth able to enter for the chance to see the superstar at the house.

About 60 people packed the living area in Dune to see Delta, who played her biggest hits including Born to Try and Lost Without You.

“It is truly a dream to be here,” she said.

“We are in the living room tonight … my living room tonight.”

New husband Matthew Copley, also a musician and music producer, played guitar and supported Delta throughout the hour-long performance that included her hits Born to Try and Lost Without You.

Dune sold to Dream Home Art Union’s in an off-market $12m deal in March, smashing the popular beachside suburb’s previous house price record of $11m, set by the same property when it last changed hands.

The five-bedroom Moroccan-inspired home featuring a rooftop pool was the work of Brisbane-based boutique developer, Graya.

Graya director Rob Gray and wife Meghan bought the 531sq m block on Burleigh Hill for $2.78m in June 2022, planning Dune as a flagship property showcasing the company’s cutting-edge ethos as they expanded into the Gold Coast’s lucrative apartment market.

With a career spanning more than two decades, Goodrem is one of the nation’s most successful artists, and a coach on The Voice Australia from 2012 to 2020.

The major prize of Dream Home Art Union Draw 429 will be drawn on December 23 and includes the spectacular Burleigh Heads home as well as $500,000 in gold.
