Guests at Disney World are experiencing a mobile ordering outage. The My Disney Experience App is currently unable to process any new orders.

As of this morning, November 18, users who try to select “mobile ordering” on their My Disney Experience app will receive a pop-up notice. The notice reads: “Mobile Ordering is Temporarily Unavailable.”

Further, it says, “Mobile ordering is unavailable at this time. Please check back later. We apologize for any inconvenience.”

Disney has not yet released a timeline as to when mobile ordering will come back online.
