Jennifer Love Hewitt is serving up some peak holiday hair color inspiration with her latest dye job. Since debuting a strawberry blonde hair transformation back in July, the I Know What You Did Last Summer actress has been dabbling within the auburn spectrum. After cycling through a fiery Little Mermaid-esque red and a more muted warm cinnamon tone over the past few months, Hewitt teased her “holiday junkie red” hair color refresh in a video shared on Monday.
The Ghost Whisperer alum has made no secret of her penchant for copper tones, revealing, “I have wanted to be red for so long” when she first introduced a ginger twist to her signature light brown hair. And on November 17, Hewitt showed how she’d transitioned the versatile hue for the holiday season, courtesy of a vibrant copper dye job that she shared in video on TikTok and Instagram.
Tagging her hairstylists Nikki Lee (who’s also responsible for Emma Roberts’s “sunrise red” hair color) and Taryn Houston, Hewitt could be seen wearing a navy blue New York letterman jacket paired with a white T-shirt as she showed off her new cinnamon spice hair color and layered curtain bangs. “Look at my hair,” the star mouthed, as she pulled on her sleek blowout.

She also shared a “before” video of her singing while using a hairbrush as a microphone, writing, “I always go to the salon to see my girls and leave with my heart full and hair fabulous! Needed a holiday red punch up!”

Before bringing back the eye-catching hair color ahead of end-of-year festivities, Hewitt was rocking a much more subtle strawberry blonde with some subtle warmth—more like the ginger shade she showcased at the I Know What You Did Last Summer reboot premiere in July. The Client List star turned heads in a little black dress covered in reflective stars as she joined fellow original stars like Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. on the red carpet.
