It’s important to always shop around when it comes to broadband packages, especially as there’s some stellar deals from a variety of websites.
The good news is that Sky has cut the price of its 300mb full fibre broadband to £28 a month. This is a stellar deal as the slightly lower 150mb broadband package is only £1 cheaper – meaning it is well worth jumping on at this price.
The 300mb package is perfect for those who work from home and need super-fast speeds for streaming and gaming. The Sky package also comes with Sky’s Max Hub which has WiFi 6 built in to get the fastest speeds possible around the home.
Sky also offers slightly faster speeds, including 500mb for £31 a month, which is great for large downloads and competitive gaming.
Sky even offers up to £80-a-month 5Gbps download speeds for those who need the absolute fastest speeds—but for most households, it’s far too expensive and probably not needed.

Sky is handing out its 300mb broadband package for £28 a month for those who need a zip in their internet speeds.
Sky is one of the more available broadband providers around the country; however, shoppers should look elsewhere if they want a good deal. Virgin Media has broadband packages starting from £23.99 a month for those who can get the service.
PlusNet is also offering shoppers a free £140 reward card with its broadband packages, with prices starting from £24.99 a month.
Sky has been given excellent feedback, particularly regarding its broadband service. One customer remarked: “Internet is so much faster but I am seriously so chuffed with the Sky Rewards thing, we’ve had free tickets to Legoland and we won tickets to see Slayer! I couldn’t believe it, very very pleased.”

A separate customer commented: “I have been with Sky over 11 years. They have always treated me like a friend, giving me amazing deals on my broadband and TV. Always understanding if I can’t afford to make a payment one month, they work something out. would highly recommend.”
Nevertheless, certain users haven’t been happy. One customer noted: “After being a customer for 9 years, I have to say the quality of broadband and TV service is good, very reliable even on fibre when there are many devices connected.
“The only bad thing is that customer service takes too long and is not very helpful. But overall, they are a good company; stay loyal, and they give lots of deals.”
