More people than ever across the South East are using the NHS app to manage their health, new figures show.

About 4.36 million people in the region used the NHS app between December 2024 and November 2025, up from 3.71 million the previous year, according to NHS England South East.

The region is one of the highest adopters of the app nationally, it added, with statistics showing a sharp rise in logins ahead of the busy Christmas period.

Dr Christopher Tibbs, medical director for the NHS in the South East, said: “The app offers a simple, reliable way to manage your health from home.”
