Deer Lodge Medical Center is reporting a rapid increase in positive cases of influenza, COVID-19, and RSV in the community.

Hospital officials say all three illnesses are highly contagious and encourage residents to stay up to date on immunizations recommended by their healthcare provider. Preventive steps such as frequent handwashing, staying hydrated, eating nutritious foods, and getting adequate rest can also help reduce the risk of illness. Providers note that Vitamin C and zinc are simple, affordable supplements that may help support immune health.
