Tedra Millan – Exiting (NEW CONFIRMATION)
In January 2026, Tedra Millan confirmed she would not be returning to The Pitt for season 2.
Tedra appeared in four episodes in season one as Dr. Emery Walsh.
On her now-deleted Instagram Story, Tedra posted, “Dr. Walsh isn’t working this shift, but these guys rock.”
Tracy Ifeachor as Dr. Collins – Exiting!
After not appearing in the last several episodes of season 1, Tracy Ifeachor, will also not be back in season two.
About season 2, she previously was vague and told Us Weekly, “Listen, there is going to be an amazing cast in Season 2 — just as there was in Season 1. I’m just going to leave it there. I’m not a [plot] ruiner. I’m not even going to tell you who is or is not going to come back. I’m just going to say I want you to watch Season 2 and just enjoy it as much as you’ve watched Season 1. Hopefully there’ll be Seasons 3 and 4 and 7.”
Now, TVLine has confirmed that she is not returning for season two.
Drew Powell as Doug Driscoll – Exiting
Doug Driscoll‘s character caused a huge uproar at the hospital when he punched Dana due to frustration over his wait time in the emergency room.
TV Line asked if we’d be seeing Doug again, to which R. Scott responded, “At the moment, I have no intention of doing that. The reality is that we don’t really leave our set.”
