A 12-year-old boy is fighting for his life after a shark attack at a popular Sydney harbour beach on Sunday afternoon.
The attack happened about 4.30pm at Nielsen Park in Vaucluse, a beach known for both its netted swimming area and open water.
A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said they responded
with “multiple resources”, including intensive care paramedics and aeromedical teams, including the CareFlight helicopter.
