Now, Motorola has released the Moto X70 Air Pro in China. While pre-release rumours suggested that the device would utilise the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 5, Motorola has utilised the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 that underpins the Motorola Signature. In fact, the Motorola Signature and Moto X70 Air Pro are otherwise identical, with Motorola also mentioning a 5,200 mAh battery on its product page alongside 90 W wired charging, and a 6.78-inch OLED display that combines a 1.5K resolution with a 120 Hz refresh rate, or 165 Hz in some apps.
Moreover, Motorola installs four 50 MP cameras, including a Sony LYT-828 as the device’s main camera with an f/1.6 aperture and a 1/1.28-inch sensor size. The Moto X70 Air Pro starts at CNY 3,999 (~$575) with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, which undercuts its global sibling by around ~$600 at current exchange rates. Alternatively, the handset can be configured with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB or 1 TB of storage for CNY 4,499 (~$646) and CNY 4,999 (~$718), respectively.
