“We’re very concerned for Tracy’s welfare, and her family wants her to return home,” Palmer said.
“Police have carried out inquiries through the night, and searchers are back out there this morning looking for Tracy.
“We ask anyone with information to contact us immediately.
“Tracy is of a small build, with grey curly hair, and may still be in the Whitewash or Scarborough area.”

On June 4, Christchurch woman Elisabeth Nicholls, 79, vanished from Ryman’s Margaret Stoddart Retirement Village in Christchurch just hours after being admitted for respite care.
The last confirmed sighting was at the Chateau on the Park hotel in Riccarton in the evening of June 4.
Police and Land Search and Rescue teams spent over two weeks searching for the missing woman, even using a drone over Riccarton and Hagley Park.

On June 22, Nicholls was found dead at an abandoned property on Gracefield Ave in the central city.
Gracefield Ave is about 2.9km from where Nicholls was last seen.
At the time, Ryman said it was “terribly saddened” by the news and would work with Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora to look into what happened.
