8th CPC website launch – 8th CPC Implementation date: When will central government employees, pensioners get arrears?

During a question session in Parliament, many MPs recently asked a question from Pankaj Chaudhary, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of State, when the 8th Pay Commission was likely to submit its recommendations and when would Centre implement them?

Chaudhary replied in Parliament: “As specified in the Resolution notified on 03.11.2025, the 8th Central Pay Commission will make its recommendations within 18 months from the date of its constitution.”
