Nissan New Zealand has announced a $3,000 “Factory Bonus” discount for select 2026 Navara models.

Available on the Navara PRO-4X and ST-X models, this $3,000 discount will run until the end of March.

The discount is said to be celebrating the arrival of the new Navara, which launches in local showrooms this month.

It reduces the range-topping Navara PRO-4X from $67,690 to $64,690, and the Navara ST-X from $62,690 to $59,690.

Arguably the most interesting aspect lies in the latter, as it is now $300 cheaper than the equivalent Mitsubishi Triton VRX.

As previously reported by NZ Autocar, the new Navara is essentially a re-badged version of the new Mitsubishi Triton, albeit with Australian-tuned suspension.

Completed by Premcar, this suspension tuning is said to significantly improve handling on the local roads.

It is powered by the same 2.4-litre twin turbo diesel engine as the Triton, and is exclusively available with a six-speed automatic transmission.

“Navara is a cornerstone of the Nissan range and we’re incredibly excited to have the new model in dealerships around the country this month,” said Nissan New Zealand’s Country Manager, Jenni Martin.

“The special factory bonus is an opportunity for people to get into top-specification new models at an incredibly attractive price point.

“It is also the 40th anniversary of Navara in New Zealand and is a great way our customers can share this significant milestone.  Navara has evolved from a simple workhorse to a trusted and versatile truck and this, the fifth generation, sets a new standard – we can’t wait for people to get behind the wheel.”
