THE TA2 team created by former Supercars mechanic Jack Talty will debut this weekend at The Bend Motorsport Park.

Garage 21 will field cars for Kody Garland and Kiara Zabetakis in TA2, and will also have a presence in Trans Am supporting the Nathan Herne Racing-affiliated entry of Blake Tracey.

“I can’t wait to officially kick off the start of our motorsport season under my new team, Garage 21,” said Talty, whose prior experience includes operating on the Brad Jones Racing Supercars of Todd Hazelwood and Bryce Fullwood across 2020-23.

“This has been a goal of mine for a while, and a lot of time and effort has gone into creating it so it will be really fulfilling to see the cars drive out on Saturday with the Garage 21 logo aboard.

“I have some great young talents across both programs which makes me look forward to this season even more.

“The goal for Kiara is to progress forward in the field throughout the year, while being that in Blake is in his second year in Trans Am we are going to be trying our hardest to win that championship and build on the success he had last year.

“Kody will be a great addition, and I think he will be quite competitive given his experience and success in Aussie Racing Cars so I am eager to see what he can do in the TA2 Muscle Car Series.”

Garland, a former Garry Rogers Motorsport TCR driver, won the 2025 Aussie Racing Cars title.

ENTRY LIST: 2026 TA2 Muscle Car Series, Round 1
