Nissan New Zealand has launched a new ownership program that bundles an extended warranty, roadside assistance, and fixed-price servicing.
This biggest news is the 10 Year / 300,000 kilometre warranty, activated by keeping vehicle servicing within the authorised Nissan dealer network.
It’s a step up from the standard five-year / 150,000km coverage, and it applies to all parts and components covered under the original New Vehicle Warranty, wear items excepted.
Owners need to complete all logbook services at an authorised Nissan dealer, within the scheduled intervals or inside a 60-day / 3,000km window.
From 1 April 2026, the programme also unlocks up to 10 years / 300,000km of 24/7 roadside assistance, renewed annually with each qualifying service. Battery jump-starts, tyre changes, fuel delivery, lost key assistance, and towing are all covered — with EV-specific support added for electric vehicle owners.
Rounding out the package is Flat Price Servicing across the first five scheduled services, covering labour, genuine parts, lubricants, and standard maintenance.
“This program delivers industry-leading peace of mind, cost certainty, and long-term value for our customers,” said Michael Hill, Director Aftersales, Nissan Oceania. Importantly, the warranty is fully transferable, which Hill notes “adds value when it comes time to sell, as the warranty is fully transferable to the next owner, supporting future resale value.”
Eligible vehicles purchased new from 1 January 2023 qualify for backdated coverage. Owners who’ve serviced outside the network can re-enter via a scheduled service and a Nissan MORE Vehicle Assessment for $99.
Available now through authorised Nissan dealers nationwide.
