Last week, Grand Seiko, the luxury sister brand to Japanese watchmaker Seiko, shared a teaser of the new dive watch that they would be fully unveiling at Watches and Wonders 2026, the year’s largest watch convention. However, we certainly didn’t anticipate just how many new watches the brand would reveal at the event, with nine new models set for release this year.
Since it launched internationally in 2010, and became entirely independent from Seiko in 2018, the luxury watchmaker has carved its own place in the industry, and earned its own devoted cult following. There’s a lot to look forward to from the brand this year – read on for our round-up of all the releases that Grand Seiko revealed for 2026 at Watches and Wonders.
Grand Seiko ‘Ushio’ 300m Diver – Spring Drive UFA In Blue
£10,500 AT GRANDSEIKOBOUTIQUE.CO.UK
A part of Grand Seiko’s Evolution 9 series, the Ushio 300 is the smallest and most accurate dive watch in the brand’s line-up, with a 40.8mm case and a shrunk-down version of their ultra-accurate 9RB2 movement (aptly named the 9RB1).
It’s crafted from titanium stronger than steel and resistant up to 300 metres, even coming with an 18mm extender that allows you to use it in a wetsuit and luminous indices so it’s readable in deep-sea conditions. With a deep blue dial inspired by the sea, it’s a luxurious, highly-functional dive watch that’s equal parts practicality- and design- oriented.

Grand Seiko ‘Mystic Waterfall’ 44GS Spring Drive – Limited Edition
£74,500 AT GRANDSEIKOBOUTIQUE.CO.UK
As a part of the watchmaker’s ‘Masterpiece Collection’, this is a unique piece of haute horology, limited to just 50 pieces worldwide. Much of the Grand Seiko range takes inspiration, and this is no different: inspired by the Tateshina Otaki waterfall, the engraved design of the dial and case mirrors the water spray of the waterfall.

Grand Seiko
Grand Seiko ‘Red Lion’ Spring Drive 8-Day Jewellery Watch
And if you thought that Grand Seiko watches couldn’t get more luxurious than that, well, you couldn’t be more wrong. Limited to just eight pieces worldwide, the ‘Red Lion’ jewellery watch takes inspiration from the passion and majesty of the lion, the brand’s symbol.
Set with more than 250 diamonds, in a case crafted from 18-carat rose gold, and a dial crafted from wine-red mother-of-pearl, 18-carat white gold and garnets, this is as bold and beautiful as luxury watches come.

Grand Seiko
Grand Seiko ‘Ice Forest At Dawn’ – Spring Drive UFA Limited Edition
£38,700 AT GRANDSEIKOBOUTIQUE.CO.UK
Powered by a similarly hyper-accurate in-house movement to the dive watch, this is an elegant dress watch, limited to just 80 pieces, that doesn’t compromise on technicality despite its more elevated look.
A black gradation dial sprinkled with gold particles, reflecting the glimmers of sun reflecting off of treetops on a winter morning, is surrounded by an 18-carat yellow gold case. At 37mm, it’s also the perfect dress watch size: noticeable from afar, yet the details shine upon closer inspection.

Grand Seiko ‘Iwao Blue’ Spring Drive

However, Grand Seiko’s Watches and Wonders reveals weren’t all limited-editions and haute horology. On the entry-level luxury side, they also unveiled some unique models. This 38.5mm timepiece has stainless steel case and link bracelet, but it’s the indigo-so-dark-it’s-almost-midnight-blue dial, with a pattern echoing untouched rock formations, that steals the show.

Grand Seiko ‘Sakura-Wakaba’ 62GS Hi-Beat
£29,000 AT GRANDSEIKOBOUTIQUE.CO.UK
This is a slightly different dress watch, with an 18-carat yellow gold case and brown crocodile leather strap, Inspired by the young leaves of a cherry blossom tree, the textured off-white dial is a showstopper with a depth that unravels the more you look at it.
