Hubbard Radio is broadening the role of one of its key programming leaders, with President and Region Manager Minnesota Dan Seeman announcing that Chris Eagan will add oversight of hot AC “KS95” KSTP-FM in Minneapolis to his responsibilities as VP Brand & Content.

Eagan, who joined Hubbard Radio in January 2025, currently serves as VP Brand & Content for hot AC “101.9 The Mix” WTMX-FM and adult hits “Throwback 100.3” WTBC-FM. He has also been serving as interim Brand & Content Manager for “KS95,” a role that now becomes permanent as part of his expanded duties.

“Chris is one of the preeminent programming minds in the country and while serving as interim Brand and Content Manager has already built strong relationships with the staff,” Seeman said. “He was an immediate culture fit and will have a strong impact on one of the greatest radio brands in America.”

Before joining Hubbard, Eagan spent 16 years with Cox Media Group, most recently as Senior VP of Audience and Programming. In that role, he oversaw programming strategy, audience development, and multiplatform distribution across 10 markets. His background also includes serving as Operations Director for Cox’s Atlanta cluster, along with leadership as the company’s AC/Hot AC format specialist.

Eagan’s earlier career includes programming roles in New Haven, Providence, and Boston, building a resume centered on major-market brand development and audience growth.

In a statement, Eagan said he is eager to build on KS95’s legacy. “It’s such a special, award-winning station,” he said. “I’m grateful for the chance to lead this iconic brand for Hubbard Minneapolis and keep building on its years of success.”

He also acknowledged key Hubbard leadership, including Ginny Hubbard, Dave Bestler, Seeman, Greg Strassell, and Keith Lawless, for the opportunity.
