One NZ is investigating a partial outage to its mobile phone call network across the country.
On its website, One NZ said the incident began shortly after 12.30pm on Monday.
One NZ told RNZ some customers’ phone calls are intermittently dropping out or not going through.
A third party website, Downdetector, is reporting a sharp increase in the number of people with problems.
At its peak at 12.50pm, was showing 191 issue reports.
One NZ was suggesting people restart their phones or turn flight-mode on and then off again to reconnect.
“We’re sorry for the disruption, and our teams are working hard to get everything back up and running as quickly as possible.”
