Austin Stowell as Leroy Jethro Gibbs – Confirmed to Return!
Austin Stowell will of course continue portraying the young version of Leroy Jethro Gibbs in season 3 of the hit!
In a recent interview with Deadline, he opened up about playing the iconic role created by Mark Harmon: “I was scared for so many reasons. There were just so many first times. For me, it was the first time doing a network TV show, first time playing a character that had already been portrayed before me, first time to be number one on a call sheet.”
He added, “I’m someone who likes pressure; I like to be put in that situation. I want the ball in my hands at the bottom of the ninth. I feel like I do thrive in that situation. But I don’t think I’ll ever quite get comfortable because, at the end of the day, Gibbs will always be Mark Harmon’s character, and I’m playing the younger version of that.”
Mariel Molino as Lala Dominguez – Returning!
Mariel Molino will obviously be returning as Lala!
TVInsider asked co-showrunner David North if he had and info about season three, and he said, “It’s going to be jam-packed. It’s going to be a lot of fun, a lot of staying true to what we do on Origins and stay tuned to see what happens with Gibbs and Lala.”
