The name of a man found dead at a Dunedin home has been released.

Police have released the name of a man found dead at a Dunedin property as part of a homicide investigation.

Douglas Alexander Senior, 58, was found at a property on Somerville St, Andersons Bay on May 22.

The 37-year-old man charged with murder in relation to Senior’s death is
remanded in custody and due to appear in the High Court at Dunedin on June 9.

Police have extended their condolences to his family and friends.
