WBEZ’s Vocalo is launching a new weekly music request and interview show. The Vocalo Hotline is the brainchild of host DJ Nudia Hernandez and producer Judith Kargbo. The primetime call-in is a nod to old-school radio shows and will feature listeners’ song requests and dedications.
The Vocalo Hotline premieres Friday, May 29 at 8 p.m. on WBEZ 91.5 FM and Vocalo 91.1 FM. It will be rebroadcast on Sundays at 10 p.m. on WBEZ.
