The opening reception for “Where the World Breaks,” the newest exhibition at Sophia Grace Gallery in Ferndale, was held on Saturday, June 6. The exhibition features Chinese painter He Gong, sculptures by Michel Angela Petersen and paintings from Pacific Northwest Mystics Tom Sherwood, Thomas Wood, Susan Bennerstrom and John Cole. During the opening reception the public had an opportunity to speak with the artists and learn more about the thought behind their works of art. The exhibition is open through Aug. 29.
