Cloud Gallery is pleased to present the third annual My Happy Place Show, now on display through June 21 at Cloud Gallery in Downtown Orillia.
The exhibition features a curated collection of new original artwork from Cloud Gallery artists, each inspired by a place that brings them joy, peace, comfort, or inspiration.
Alongside every painting is a personal written story from the artist, sharing the memories and experiences behind the work.
Spanning both floors of the gallery, My Happy Place Show invites visitors to experience the artwork and the stories together, offering a deeper connection between artist, place, and viewer through both painting and storytelling.
“My Happy Place Show has become one of our favourite exhibitions each year because of how personal it feels,” said Mark Fletcher, Co-Founder of Cloud Gallery. “People come in expecting beautiful landscapes, but what really stays with them are the stories. Reading about the places that inspire our artists creates a much deeper connection to the artwork.”
