WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — An urgent search is underway for a missing and endangered man last seen in western Palm Beach County over the Fourth of July weekend.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said it is looking for Toni Martinez, who was last seen on July 5 at approximately 6:30 p.m. in the area of Southern Boulevard and Guava Avenue.

Authorities said Martinez was on foot when he was last seen.
Martinez was last seen wearing a dark gray T-shirt, shorts of an unknown color, black socks and black Crocs, according to the sheriff’s office.

PBSO said Martinez has been diagnosed with dementia, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder and is considered endangered.
