Wyatt Waters just can’t help himself. Even when signing his newest book, “The Watercolor Road | Natchez,” the Mississippi artist lets creativity be his guide — transforming a standard signature into a custom sketch of a birthday cake, a whimsical scene, or whatever else inspires him in the moment.
That playful energy set the tone at the Wyatt Waters Gallery Thursday night. The gallery on the corner of Main and Commerce streets hosted a packed house to celebrate the book’s official release and kick off the annual Natchez Food & Wine Festival weekend.
