One person has died in hospital following a crash two days ago in Hawke’s Bay.
Emergency services were called to the two-vehicle crash on State Highway 2 in Te Hauke shortly after 11am on Thursday.
One person was transported to hospital in a critical condition,” a police spokesperson said.
“Sadly, they have died in hospital today.”
Inquiries into the circumstances of the crash were ongoing, and the death would be referred to the Coroner.
