According to outage tracking service Downdetector India, user reports began climbing around 5:52pm IST. Affected users reported the issue across Delhi-NCR, Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, and other regions.

What users experienced

During the outage, the app reportedly stopped working entirely, with all features, including payments, failing to load. Users saw an error message reading: “It’s not you, it’s us! We failed to load this page.” Standard troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling the app and signing out and back in, did not resolve the issue for affected users.

When service was restored

Reports suggest the service began returning to normal after 9pm, roughly three hours after the outage began.
