BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Bakersfield police are asking the public’s help in finding an at-risk runaway 17-year-old girl, last seen in southwest Bakersfield.
Heather Danielle Rapp, 17, was last seen on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at around 1:54 a.m. in the 900 block of Papaya Grove Drive, near Gosford and McCutchen roads.
Rapp is considered at-risk due to having no prior reports of missing.
Rapp is described as 5’7″ tall, 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a grey T-shirt and grey shorts.
