The first notice concerns the estate of Derek Brook, who lived at Cartrefi Porthceri, 91 Salisbury Road, Barry, and died on April 27, 2026.
Previously, he resided at 15 Beatrice Road, Barry.
Anyone with a claim or interest in his estate must submit particulars in writing to J A Hughes Solicitors, at Centenary House, King Square, Barry, by October 1, 2026.
The estate of Kay Lovering, late of 18 Morningside Walk Barry, is also subject to a probate notice.
Ms Lovering died on April 29, 2024.
Claims or interests in her estate must also be sent to J A Hughes Solicitors by October 1, 2026.
The third notice relates to the estate of Valerie Doreen Dobbs, who lived at 21 Conway Drive, Barry, and died on April 12, 2025.
Claims or interests in Ms Dobbs’ estate should be sent to Passmores Solicitors, 21 Tynewydd Road, Barry, by October 1, 2026.
In each case, after the deadline of October 1, 2026, the estates will be distributed, considering only the claims and interests of which the solicitors have been notified.
The Trustee Act 1925 governs the issuing of such probate notices.
