Mckenna Grace can neither confirm nor deny her rumored romance with her Regretting You costar Mason Thames.
The pair, who play Clara Grant and Miller Adams in the upcoming film adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s romance novel, have been sparking plenty of speculation surrounding the status of their relationship thanks to some racy TikTok videos.
On Thursday, Oct. 2, Grace, 19, appeared on Today with Jenna & Friends where one of the videos, in which the pair grin at the camera before Thames, 18, pulls Grace into a deep kiss was played.

“Y’all!” Grace exclaimed to co-hosts Jenna Bush Hager and Justin Sylvester, simply stating as to the video’s content, “We’re kissing.”
“So he’s your partner in the film, but is he also kind of your partner?” Bush Hager, 43, asked Grace.
The question caused the actress to burst out laughing, covering her face and asking, “What is happening?! It’s… I mean… I’m so sorry.”
“You can also say ‘no comment,’ ” Sylvester offered.
“No comment at this time,” Grace replied.

Bush Hager went on to note that the two costars were both in costume for Regretting You in the TikTok.
“Yeah, we were in costume and in character there,” Grace confirmed, laughing.
“Okay, so you’re leaving us to guess?” Bush Hager asked.
“Yeah, everyone can make a…” she trailed off, before adding, “I love Mason. He’s my favorite person.”
And one thing she does with her “favorite person” is visit local aquariums and zoos.
“I do, particularly with Mason. Every city that we go to or visit together I make him go to an aquarium or a zoo with me,” she said, saying “yes, of course,” he also loves it.

As for Thames, he told PEOPLE back in August that he rang in his 18th birthday this summer with Grace by his side.
“I was home back in Texas and I got like a little birthday week and Mckenna was also there, and that was really nice,” he shared at the time. “We spent that together and I spent some time with my family and some of my best friends, and it was nice. It was chill.”
The costars were also previously photographed holding hands while spending time together in New York City.
“She’s so funny and such a nice person, so she gels with everybody,” Thames shared of Grace with PEOPLE.
