Babita said: “New Chapter Nutrition born from my own struggles with an autoimmune condition and mental health decline linked to perimenopause.

“Today, my methods are supported by health science, and I have built a solid foundation to help others reduce blood pressure, autoimmune conditions, type 2 diabetes, and lower inflammation.
“I am also a trusted workplace partner helping organisations build healthier, more resilient and better-informed teams.
“The sessions are inclusive and commercially relevant by encouraging behaviour-change.”
The Best Businesswomen Awards, now in their 12th year, celebrate the achievements of women building successful businesses while breaking down barriers and creating impact.
This year’s finalists were commended for their resilience and innovation against a backdrop of economic uncertainty, rapid technological change and evolving ways of working.
Debbie Gilbert, founder of the awards, said: “Every year I’m inspired by the incredible women who enter these awards, and this year has been no exception.
“These finalists represent the very best of female entrepreneurship.”
The gala final will take place in October in Daventry, where gold and silver winners will be announced across a range of categories.
The event will recognise excellence, innovation, and leadership in women-led businesses across the UK.
