Jeffries also admitted wounding Adam Sour with intent to cause grievous bodily harm on September 23 in Rotorua, burgling an Old Taupo Rd building and unlawfully using Schiller’s bank card with the intent to obtain property.
Family of the deceased were in court today.
They told Rotorua Daily Post they were pleased they would no longer have to endure a trial, which had been scheduled to start next year.
Jeffries will be sentenced on December 8.
