Kiis FM is returning to two distinct breakfast shows in Sydney and Melbourne following the departure of Kyle Sandilands and ‘Jackie O’ Henderson.
Former Kiis FM breakfast hosts Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O.
Their long-running Sydney breakfast show never reached the same heights in the Victorian capital, where it languished in the ratings after its arrival there in April 2024.
The show came off the air earlier this year after an explosive on-air argument between the two hosts, who had only been one year, three months into a record-breaking 10-year, A$200 million deal.
Sandilands has since settled with Kiis owner ARN; Jackie O is in a major legal and employment fight for compensation.
Hosts for the two new Kiis breakfast shows have not yet been revealed, despite widespread speculation across the Tasman.
Kiis FM last week announced on its social channels that “a new era was coming”, along with the silhouettes of six people.
Now London’s name can be added to that mix.

Brine may also have a new role in Australia, although Wratt said he would continue to support the Mai, Edge and George shows “in a reduced remote capacity”. He was previously content director for Kiis FM in Melbourne from August 2022 to August 2024.

“While we leave much sooner than expected, we can’t help but feel a little bit of Aotearoa will return home with us, whether that’s our son Buddy singing his kindy songs in te reo, the memories we have of our travels here or the lifelong friends we have made with people in this building.
