“These same people had meetings telling me I need to lead the way of pay… my voice was the only one that can make it happen and then they would work from what I demanded.
“I’m grateful I never followed through with their requests of demands and I’m grateful I kept same pay out of fairness and integrity.”
Paul also said production crew, not cast members, are the ones who have been checking in on her.
“I agree it’s to the point of bullying for months now. What makes it harder to take in is some of these parents have made mistakes that would result in the same judgement I’m receiving yet pointing a finger.
“However it’s a pleasure to remove myself so they can continue, because I’ve almost convinced myself I’m deserving of all this pain and to a certain degree absolutely this is consequences of my actions. My question has been how much suffering and scrutiny is going to be enough… I’m just relieved to be out.”
Paul is fighting separate legal battles with ex-partners Dakota Mortensen and Tate Paul over custody of their children. She has 2-year-old son Ever with Mortensen, and son Ocean, 6, and daughter Indy, 8, with ex-husband Tate.
Paul and Mortensen have been involved in domestic violence allegations by both sides.
Leaked video of one of the altercations was released earlier this year and the scandal led to the cancellation of Paul’s unaired season of The Bachelorette, which she had recently finished filming.

Entertainment news outlet TMZ last week reported that Paul allegedly failed multiple court-ordered drug tests which resulted in her supervised and unsupervised visitation with her children being reduced.
Paul’s announcement that she is quitting SLOMW comes one week after cast member Mikayla Matthews announced her departure from the show.
On Instagram last week, Matthews told fans: “The ONLY reason I’m leaving the show is because I was told a certain person was coming back. I told [production] before agreeing to do [season] 6 that I wasn’t going to film if that certain someone came back. Because it’s UNETHICAL and kids are involved.”
She added “no amount of money worth going against my morals or changing the stance I’ve had since I first saw and heard the things that made me feel this strongly”.
Filming of season five was halted after the domestic assault allegations surfaced. A shortened season five has recently been released on Disney+ in New Zealand, diving into Paul and Mortensen’s “toxic” relationship, The Bachelorette cancellation and the rift between the Mormon influencers.
Another cast member, Whitney Leavitt, announced in May that season five would be her last. Fellow star Jen Affleck is also rumoured to be leaving the show to join a spinoff version, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: Orange County.
Season six has reportedly been filming but the future of the show is unknown.
