Diana Jenkins paid $13 million for a sprawling contemporary mansion in the guard-gated enclave of Hidden Hills in 2021. She listed it barely a year and a half later for around $20 million—shortly after announcing her departure from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after just one season due to a high-risk pregnancy—before quietly pulling it from the market.
Having spent the past couple of years in Europe caring for her father, who recently passed, the Bosnian refugee turned philanthropist and entrepreneur has decided to return to Sarajevo to be close to her mother. Now looking to offload the San Fernando Valley spread for good, she has placed it back on the market for $23 million with Sandeep Dhariwal of Sotheby’s International Realty.

Other features include a playroom, climatized wine wall, wet bar, screening room, and home automation and security systems.
Beyond a double-height foyer featuring a sculptural floating staircase are formal living and dining rooms. Upstairs, a sumptuous primary suite comes complete with its own fireplace, private balcony, and dual closets and baths.

The primary bedroom’s fireside sitting area opens directly onto a private balcony.

Set on over 4.3 acres with sweeping views of the surrounding hills and canyons, the lush grounds are centered on a saltwater infinity pool that has an inset spa flanked by Baja shelves, accompanied by several alfresco entertaining zones. There’s also a four-car garage with an EV charging station, plus HOA approval to build a sports court, lap pool with wood deck, pizza kitchen, sunken fire pit, and natural water feature/cold plunge on the lower portion of the property.
This isn’t Jenkins’s first high-profile real estate play. She previously sold a cliffside Malibu estate once owned by country music legend Kenny Rogers to WhatsApp cofounder Jan Koum for a staggering $87 million in 2021, netting roughly $66 million more than her 2005 purchase price.
