The NRL and NRLW worlds will come together on Wednesday, September 30, to find out who will win the men’s and women’s main prizes.

Roosters fullback James Tedesco took out the men’s award last year while Broncos star Tamika Upton won the women’s award.

WHERE TO WATCH

The 2026 Dally M Awards will take place on Wednesday, September 30 in Sydney.

The awards ceremony starts at 6pm AEST and the Dally M Medallist should be announced just after 9:30pm.

Rugby league fans will be able to catch all the action from the sport’s night of nights LIVE on Fox League and Kayo Sports.

HOW DOES THE VOTING FORMAT WORK?

Before the 2023 season the NRL made several changes to the Dally M voting process, with two independent judges handing out six points each on a 3-2-1 basis.

It means players can receive a maximum of six votes per game.

TEAM OF THE YEAR

Judges will also vote for their best player in each position throughout the season, determining who is named.

If a player comes in the top three of the overall Dally M leaderboard, they automatically earn selection in their respective position.

Players who are suspended for two or more games are ineligible for a Dally M nomination.

DALLY M TEAM OF THE YEAR NOMINEES

Unlike previous years, the NRL has not released nominees for each position before Wednesday’s event.
