Photo \/ Claire Rogers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"qtLpbIHvhN\" style=\"display:none\">Low tide is at 6.40pm and high tide is not until 12.42am.<\/p>\n<p class=\"qtLpbIHvhN\" style=\"display:none\">Bay of Plenty Regional Council was notified of the incident late in the afternoon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"qtLpbIHvhN\" style=\"display:none\">\u201cWe have been in touch with both of the owners,\u201d the duty harbourmaster said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"qtLpbIHvhN\" style=\"display:none\">\u201cThe yachts are secured, and as soon as they can, both boats will be taken off the beach.<\/p>\n<p class=\"qtLpbIHvhN\" style=\"display:none\">\u201cThe owners will be looking at getting commercial charters to take them off.
